Staff
People are at the centre of the portal.
You can order for individual staff or in bulk, the choice is yours.
Wardrobes
We take your collection of garments and build them into wardrobes. Simply link your staff to a wardrobe and you are ready to order.
Buyers
Tell us who you would like to order uniforms and we will create a secure login for them.
Purchasers can have different levels of access from simple to superuser.
Ordering
Ordering has been created to be simple and fast. The system guides you to the wardrobe where you add sizes and quantities and then you are ready to check out.
Tracking
Track your order live on screen, from production to picking, packing and shipping.
Receive emails and texts from our couriers and re-direct deliveries live online.
Branches
We create branches for you, from one head office to many sites.
Purchasers can filter by branch or site to see the staff that they are managing.
Contracts
Create and attach your customer contract codes to your staff ready to analyse your costs on a contract-by-contract basis.
Reasons
Attach standard order reasons to each staff order, for example, “new starter”, “re-issue” or “emergency”, or create your own unique order reasons and make them mandatory.
References
Enter your purchase order number, the portal will prompt for your company’s standard format. Purchase order references can be set to be mandatory.
Entitlement
Uniform issue is controlled by entitlement, usually how many items are required each year.
We set up each wardrobe with unique entitlement controls by quantity, value or points, allowing full cost control and flexibility.
History
Uniform history is held against each member of staff showing issued uniform and entitlement.
Check PPE compliance at any time.
Costs
Costs and budgets are controlled at staff level using entitlement.

Sizes
Staff sizes are recorded by the system ready for your next order.
Order screens are pre-populated with staff sizes, even across different suppliers’ products for fast and accurate ordering.
Drafts
We know that you are busy, so all your orders can be parked in draft form for you to return to later, or if they are not urgent just save them up for one big checkout.
Escalation
Need tighter control? Block buyers from checking out, set upper and lower order values, or/and escalate draft orders to super users.
Stock
View stock live online when ordering.
This puts you in full control of your order and delivery window.
Size profile
Orders are checked for average size ratios to see if the garments chosen are going to fit. This reduces the number of returns and also improves appearance.
Returns
Return goods online against your original order and automatically re-set entitlement.
Quickly receive credits to control your costs and budgets.
Reports
A full suite of reports are available online, including past orders, price entitlement and finance. Download in Excel or PDF format.
Finance
Allows your finance team to view and download invoices, credits, payments, statements and balances in real-time.
Consolidation
For larger companies, we would recommend Consolidated Invoicing. Receive one fully detailed monthly invoice of all your purchases.

For ultimate control, we are developing links to
payroll and rostering systems, like Teams Timegate. Enter your staff on your rostering system, where they will then be automatically registered on the uniform portal.
Graphical Desktop
To present your information and budgets to the board, we are developing a graphical desktop based on Microsoft BI.
Predictive Entitlement
Let predictive entitlement see the future for you and predict when staff uniforms will need replacing in the near future.
Receive emails and reports prompting who needs new uniforms and the future cost.
Mobile Ordering
Allows staff to order or re-order their own uniform
under entitlement controls.
An extension of the payroll link system and predictive entitlement which permits staff to request a uniform refresh.
Size upload
Staff sizes are pre-populated before ordering.
This system can save time during onboarding or at the time of a new contract start.
With sizes and quantities pre-populated, the ordering is a one-button process.
Budgets
Set budgets by company, contract or branch by any period.
Budgets can be fixed or rolling, with blocks, locks, escalations or warnings.
Budgets are created and edited online by your Budget Wizard.
Punch Out
Order from inside your company purchasing software and Punch Out to our portal.
