The portal allows complete control of cost using entitlement.

Prices of items on the portal are locked and cannot be changed without a written agreement. This ensures that budgets are correctly calculated and stable.
The portal has two distinct ways of controlling costs, either by the number of items issued to staff or by the cost of items issued to staff.
Costs are calculated at staff level and are based on the items issued to a member of staff. This ensures that goods are not ordered outside of the allowance allocated to a member of staff.
Locks can be activated to prevent orders from being processed if costs are exceeded. These locks can be overridden by high-level users if required. For further details on this, see the section on ‘Escalation’.
Budgets based upon other criteria, such as Company Contracts or Branches, can be calculated by downloading Excel reports or from the data provided with invoice consolidation.
