They buy unbranded uniform in bulk and pay by credit card through our shopify web shop.

The web shop offers them a full range of products to choose from and a fast check out.

A high street retail company with 50 retail floor staff.

They have a branded uniform and require staff packs, so they purchase through our uniform portal using a single wardrobe set.
As they operate a 10 day staff training program, their uniform is branded to order in 5 working days.

The buyer personally controls the uniform issue and so they only use entitlement as a guide, but it is not set to mandatory.

Retail - 50 Staff

This cleaning company has 75 staff in branded uniform.

They do not require staff packs, and they purchase bulk orders using a credit card.

As they have uniform items that are branded and unique to them, they order from a dedicated secure web page. The web page contains a wardrobe of their branded and most popular items.

They checkout through the standard web shopping cart and pay by credit card.

Cleaning - 75 Staff

This transport company has 3 depots and with a buyer at each depot branch.

Their uniform is branded and they require staff packs for each operative. Orders are placed on the uniform portal. Management reports are downloaded monthly at each depot.

They require a fast turn around of branded uniform and PPE, and so the goods are held in stock ready for next day delivery.

Their portal wardrobes show entitlement, but it is advisory and not mandatory.

Transport - 500 Staff

Operating in the North of England and Scotland, this company has 8 branch offices, 150 contracts with 20 uniform wardrobes.
They are ordering staff packs of branded uniform through the portal and benefitting from a next day delivery from stock.
Controlling expenditure and the issue of PPE is critical, and so this company uses entitlement with locks. This prevents over expenditure and records PPE issue.
As many orders are processed a month creating a large number of invoices, we have installed
consolidated invoicing. They receive one invoice per month with a line-by-line exploded detail of every order placed, with analysis by branch, office and contract. A huge saving in time and cost.

Security - 1500 Staff

Facilities - 5000 Staff

A facilities company with 5000 staff across the UK. They purchase with 2 buyers in each of 40 branches and 100+ contracts. Each site has multiple different uniform styles, brands and colours, resulting in over 50 wardrobes and 300 different uniform items.
Orders are delivered in staff packs, some from stock, while others are branded to order.
As budgets are critical, entitlement is locked. Draft orders that are blocked from checkout are escalated to higher level users in finance for release.
Monthly
consolidated invoices are issued with supporting detailed reports.
In the future, we are developing links to their payroll and creating Web Wizards to allow customer control of high level functions, like the editing and creation of buyers on the web.
Power BI is being interfaced with portal data to show their expenditure graphically.
