Wardrobes

We take your collection of garments and build them into wardrobes. Simply link your staff to a wardrobe and you are ready to order.

Wardrobes

Wardrobes are a cornerstone of the supply chain.

Work with our design team to select your garments and we will build your wardrobe.

There is no limit to what you can put in your wardrobe, from clothes to accessories to hardware. We even supply boots for search and rescue dogs!

In its simplest form, the wardrobe is a list of clothing, but behind the scenes, the wardrobe has extremely powerful features which are ready to be used.

You can have one or many wardrobes for your company.

Each item in the wardrobe can be unisex or gender specific.

Items can also be tagged 'Core items' or 'Accessories'. This is a useful feature to speed up ordering.

Each line of the wardrobe shows live stock levels and the wearer's entitlement.

We always recommend that if you use items with unique branding that we set up a new wardrobe for each brand. This gives your staff the confidence to order quickly and accurately every time.

You can have multiple wardrobes with different ordering policies on the same contract, for example, new staff may be issued 3 shirts on a new starter wardrobe and full-time staff 5 shirts on a full-time wardrobe.

Simply move the wearer from the new starter wardrobe to the full-time wardrobe and the system will issue 2 more shirts automatically.

Wardrobe Features

Entitlement is most commonly the number of items your staff are issued within a period, e.g 5 shirts per year. Entitlement can also be value or points.

An entitlement period is usually one year but can be any period you choose. It is set on each item and reflects the duty of an item and the environment, for example, a coat’s entitlement period may be 2 years and a T-shirt 90 days.

Entitlement can also refer to groups of items, e.g. Footwear. Groups are essential if you offer choices in a wardrobe, for example, boots or shoes, and you only want to issue one pair, either a boot or a shoe but not both.

With these powerful features behind the scenes, you have the basis to activate mandatory entitlement and budgetary control.

We will guide you through the benefits of the policies and set up the controls for you.
