We hold large amounts of uniforms in our UK warehouse so that you receive the fastest service possible.
We supply our own manufactured garments plus an extensive range from trusted UK supply partners like Brook Taverner, ORN, Portwest, Rodo, and many others.
The stock that we hold can be broken down into two categories - catalogue stock items and special stock items.
Catalogue items are the items that we supply day to day and are part of our standard unbranded ranges, for example, white shirts and black combat trousers.
If your wardrobes contain standard stock items, these will always be available for immediate despatch. But what happens if your wardrobes contain special stock items? Let's look into this below...

So what are special stock items and how do they affect your orders?
Special items are any items that we have to buy or brand for you. This could be simply a shirt in a particular colour, or a standard stock item that is branded with your logo.
When you order a special item, how do you know when you will receive it? We create a service level for the item in days. This could be three days for an item purchased for you, or if that item then has branding added, the service level would be three days + two days for embroidery = five working days. The service level and despatch date will be displayed on the item lines on your portal under 'SLA'.

Special Items
The solution to fast deliveries is to have the goods on the shelf ready to go.
To achieve this, we partner with you and create a re-stocking agreement. This agreement operates with a minimum and maximum stock level based on estimated usage. Our systems monitor the stock and when it hits the minimum level we top it back up to the maximum level ready for your new orders. The minimum level may be a one-month supply and the maximum level say two months, but this can vary depending on your buying patterns.
So how much does this cost? The answer is nothing. We look at this as our investment in a trading partner. You simply pay for the goods when you order them. The only time you are liable for the special stock is if you change the design or want to stop the agreement. Then we simply run the stock down to zero.

How does a re-stocking agreement benefit your company and when should you use one?
The key benefit of a re-stocking agreement is having the confidence that your uniform is in stock ready to order and that when you do order it, the stock will be replenished automatically.
We also benefit from being able to brand multiple garments at once, rather than one uniform at a time when you order, which speeds up production in our branding departments.
You can benefit from a stock agreement with as few as 100 staff, using say, a total of 50 polo shirts every month. We would hold between 100 - 150 polos in stock across a range of sizes, say S-3XL, ready to despatch. The bigger the usage, the more stock is held and the better the supply chain works.
Stock Agreement
For larger companies, the greatest cost and design benefits can be obtained by purchasing your uniform pre-designed and branded to your specifications directly from our overseas supply chain.
We offer a full design service and import and stock the goods for you ready to order through the uniform portal as people packs or in bulk.
Combining the import supply chain with a re-stocking service, you can benefit from cost reduction, unique design and a rapid order turnaround.
This unique service can be operated with as few as 500 staff in a uniform design.
Our design team will be happy to talk to you about this service.
